His career started at the Disney Studio in October 1924. He was the third of the animators hired by Walt in Los Angeles, after Ham Hamilton and Ub Iwerks, and he worked on at least 16 of the Alice Comedies. Unable to stand Walt’s personality, he left Disney in December 1925.
