Jay Horan: Before we got started, you were talking about Victory Through Air Power. Let’s discuss the whole war era at the studio.
I know that it was a hard time for the Disney Studio. A lot of other studios in town were making a fortune at that time and Disney was
pretty much just struggling by. What were some of the projects going on at that time? Why don’t we start with Victory Through Air
Power, since that was the feature picture? What did each of you do on that show? Let’s start with Bill.
Bill Cottrell: T. Hee, Elmer Plummer, and I did the opening sequence, the history of aviation: World War I up to World War II, and other sequences. I remember Walt brought Wendell Willkie in to look at one of our sequences. He was running for President.
