The article features U.S. landscape architect Paul Comstock. He spent 17 years working for the Walt Disney Co., landscaping, planning and installing the landscape for a number of its sites. His passion for plants began on the hikes he took with his grandmother and his father in the California hills near his home in Glendora. Even at retirement, he remains a self-admitted crazy plant hunter.
