Ferdinand the Bull becomes a Silly Symphony

The world’s most bashful bull has been set to music. Walt Disney has made a silly symphony starring Ferdinand, that flower-snifling sissy of Spain.

Disney’s “Ferdinand the Bull” is adapted from the big little classic by Munro Leaf and Robert Lawson. Their book, “The Story of Ferdinand, (Viking Press, $1), tells how a lazy, flower-loving bull sat down on a bee-and got a false reputation for ambition.
