Hugh Harman

Hugh Harman's passing received worldwide press and television coverage, praising him as "a member of the first tiny team of animators who came together in the early 1920s to help create an art form that has fascinated and entertained millions."'

Harman (with life-long partner Rudolf Ising) was the originator of the popular "Looney Tunes"" and "Merrie Melodies" theatrical cartoons, and first introduced the famous closing line "That"s all folks!''. Working with Harman at Warner Bros, at this time were Friz Freleng, Bob Clampett and Bill Hanna. And these co-workers had high praise for him.
