For our first interview, we welcome writer and director Jerry Rees (“Brave Little Toaster”, “Tron” and “The Fox and the Hound”) to the show to discuss his first collaboration with the Disney Company- a small film called “Back to Neverland”, starring Robin Williams and the late Walter Cronkite. The film premiered with the opening of Disney’s MGM Studios in Orlando, Florida on May 1st, 1989 at the “The Magic of Disney Animation” attraction. It was later removed in 2003 after the entire attraction went under renovation and replaced by the current pre-show with the Disney character Mushu called “Drawn to Animation”. […]
