David Snyder
Didier Ghez
We have often discussed the key transition period at the Disney Studio from the departure of the Nine Old Men to the new golden age of animation, and the shift from 2D to 3D. It was high time to explore a similar transition at Imagineering. Dave Snyder was at the center of it all and helps us understand what went on at WED when new, revolutionary technologies replaced those that had been used to operate Disneyland, when a new generation of Imagineers joined Disney, and when the “old-timers” had to adapt.
