This week I sit down one on one with Disney Producer, Director, Author and maker of magic, Don Hahn. His credits read like a best-of list of Disney filmmaking, including Beauty and the Beast, The Lion King, Hunchback of Notre Dame, The Emperor’s New Groove, and Who Framed Roger Rabbit. I had a chance to interview Don a few years ago, and recently and a chance to sit down with him face to face to talk about his film career, including his recent work on the Disneynature films and Maleficient. He also shares his thoughts of the success of films like Frozen and Tangled, the importance of music, the transition many films have made to Broadway, and how other animated films have transitioned to live action.
