DRIVING ALONG THE FOUR-LANE highway that links Interstate 4 with the Magic Kingdom, the first thing you see after the giant water tower with the gargantuan Mickey Mouse ears is a pair of five-story-high swans permanently perched atop a twelve-story building engulfed in frozen waves. It's a surreal spectacle, remarkable even by the storybook standards of Florida's Walt Disney World, and it never fails to make the kids squeal and the grown-ups gawk.
