Jack Cutting: I was born on January 9, 1908, in New York. My father was from Nebraska and my mother was born in Salt Lake City. I attended Otis Art, and joined the Disney Studio in 1929.
My father was an assistant in the mining business. He traveled a lot to Mexico and Alaska. My grandmother, on the maternal side, was English and her husband was Danish. On the paternal side, my grandfather was English and my grandmother Scottish, born in Scotland. So I have a lot of English blood.
