Despite evidence to the contrary, it is often hard to imagine the Disney Studio, synonymous with “entertainment” in the mid-twentieth century, becoming a production factory for training and propaganda fi lms for four years. Strangely enough, however, as explained by producer Erwin Verity, Disney’s artists’ experiences at creating great entertainment made them better at creating great training fi lms.
