Brian Sibley’s status in the Walt’s People series is slightly atypical. As one of the most prominent British Disney historians along with Robin Allan and Richard Holliss, Brian will soon appear in Walt’s People as an interviewer. In this particular instance, however, he is featured as the interviewee.
This reversal of perspective is justified by his friendship with the author of Mary Poppins, P.L. Travers, and by the key role Brian played in an unproduced project that Disney undertook in the late ‘80s, Mary Poppins Comes Back.
