Disneyland Draws 20,000 Visitors Daily

Anaheim, Cal, Oct. 1 More than 20.000 kids and adults, from all over the country and from foreign lands, visit Disneyland each day. Expressions of awe and delight are heard in dozens of languages as the youngsters and their parents romp thru the 160 acre playground, 40 miles below Los Angeles. Chicago born Walt Disney's dream of two decades came true last July 17 when the gates swung open. Disney, named for his films and cartoon creations, can't get enough of the place – he is on hand when ever he can take time off from his movie production. Divided into Four Parts The four main divisions at the park – adventureland, tomorrowland, fantasyland, and frontierland – all have attractions favored by the visitors. The boat cruise down the rivers of adventureland draws big crowds, and the children, and their older companions bounce with excitement at the lurking crocodiles, trumpeting elephants, ferocious lions and tigers, and gabbing monkeys.
