There is hardly a person in the world today, who has not at some time of his life been thrilled with a fairy tale. Hans Anderson, Grimm, Aesop's Fables, folk tales and legends, have found their way to the hearts of all children and story lovers the world over. We have never outgrown our love of a good story, for there is something of the child in every one of us. Perhaps this is one of the reasons that animated cartoons have taken such a hold on the populace today, and are greeted with enthusiasm whenever they appear on a motion picture program. The animated cartoon is one of the greatest unifiers of all time, binding the whole world together with the laughter which it brings. Some of the requisites of a good cartoon are: a good story, interesting characters in a novel background, pleasing colors and music.
