It has been on the drawing boards for 15 years, comes with a price tag of close to $1 billion, and was Wall Disney's last and, some say, grandest dream. It is called EPCOT (Experimental Prototype Community of Tomorrow) Center. Part amusement park, part world's fair, it will be, at the very least, the playground of tomorrow and one of the riskiest entertainment ventures ever.
