Jack Lindquist, the newly crowned ruler of the Maqic Kingdom, looks like a Disney cartoon come to life. He's short and girthy, and his face is a jolly jumble of moving circles. Add a small chin, large, round glasses and happy, sparkeling eyes, and you'd swear you were staring at a prototype of one of Snow White's seven dwarfs. But Lindquits isn't Happy or Sneezy or Doc, he's the new president of Disneyland, and he carries a weightly load of experience - 36 years of working at Orange County's top tourist attraction. Lindquist became Disneyland's first-ever president last November. His job is to lead the park's 8,000 employees (or "castmembers" as they're called) and direct "The Happiest Place on Earth" into the future. But why has this position been created now?
